Treasurer
Hangs Up
Checkbook

After many years of faithful service, Gene Graska has decided not to run for office in 2009. He has held the position of treasurer since the earliest days of CUGOL.
When I set up the database for CUGOL around 1983, I assigned an ID number for all members. My number was 1, Gene was 3, Jim Cox was 5, and Chuck Geisinger was number 12. Numbers were assigned to both member and guests. The latest was 323.
Gene has done a great job, and his shoes will be difficult to fill.

Notes

CUGOL now has forty-four members. Our meetings have been lively and informative. In this information era, a basic knowledge of computers is essential. You don't need to be an expert, and once a month meetings can't make you one. What CUGOL can do is to give you a foundation that will make your computer usage more productive.
If you have suggestions or questions, let us know. There are no dumb questions. It is likely that others have the same questions.
